This Refund Policy applies to all wholesale orders placed through TsusTrade. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Wholesale Orders

TsusTrade operates as a B2B wholesale supplier. Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

• Damaged goods received upon delivery
• Incorrect items supplied by TsusTrade
• Manufacturing defects confirmed after inspection

3. Refund Requests

Any refund request must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Requests must include order details and photographic evidence of the issue.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Items damaged after delivery
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Products used, installed, or modified

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment arrangement.
